Join us at La Rotisserie Restaurant with sommelier Andrzej Strzelczyk (Polish Sommelier Champion 2012), New World wine professional Bradley Mitton and Redbank Sally’s Paddock winemaker Neill Robb for an exciting night of premium boutique Australian wines, gourmet cuisine and excellent business networking.

One of Warsaw’s most unique hotels, the upscale deluxe Mamaison Hotel Le Regina is set within the historic Mokrowski Palace. Our gourmet menu will be prepared by renowned Chef Pawel Oszczyk and his team blending contemporary French and Italian cuisine with Polish influences.

Our event will begin with a sparkling wine aperitif followed by a six-course and four wine degustation dinner, where we will have the great pleasure to taste five of the boutique Redbank wines with Neill Robb himself. Neill hand-produces these acclaimed and award-winning wines at his cool-climate property in the Pyrenees, Victoria.

Reservations
Tickets will cost PLN 280 per person. The price is subsidised by the organising partners (valued at PLN 400). The price includes all wines, gourmet menu, coffee and water. Please note that members and non-members alike may book for our events, which are always well attended; early reservations are recommended.

Sally’s Paddock is proudly listed as ‘Distinguished’ on the Langton’s Classification of Distinguished Australian Wine. The Sally’s Paddock has been listed in their catalogue since it’s inception. Langton’s Classification is now a cornerstone of the ultra-fine Australian wine market.

These distinguished wines are listed exclusively in Central Europe’s leading gourmet restaurants and cannot be found on any local shop shelves or internet sites; all are sold direct from the wineries through Mitton Wines. Now is your chance to taste these products with a wonderful complementing gourmet menu and a pure BLYSS virgin chocolate dessert.

Included with the dinner will be our Redbank Sally’s Paddock from the Pyrenees in Victoria, the Barossa Darkie Shiraz from Liebichwein and two ultra-premium Margaret River single varietal wines.
