Join us for a gourmet evening of world-class Australian and New Zealand wines presented by New World wine professional Bradley Mitton with a complementing gourmet menu at one of Monaco’s best modern Italian restaurants.

We have booked the private dining area of the Address Restaurant for our degustation and we will be matching fine New World wines with local Italian gourmet delights. Featured wines will be the savoury cool climate gems of Bellvale and Hundred Tree Hill Estate and the exceptional Sliding Hill wines from Marlborough in New Zealand.

Join us for a fantastic night of world-class Western Australian wines presented by New World wine professional Bradley Mitton with a complementing gourmet menu at one of the Cote d’Azur’s most exciting dining venues. The famed Restaurant A’Trego designed by Philippe Starck with bar, terrace and open-rooftop dining area is the perfect location for our next Club Vivanova event. We have privately booked the main dining area for our exclusive event and there will be an after-party with DJ from 23.00

A´Trego Executive Chef Patrice Lafon will present a five-course degustation dinner and we will have the great pleasure to taste four Blind Corner boutique and exclusive wines, hand-produced in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. The wines are being launched in the South of France at this event.

Blind Corner Winery
It has been our long-held dream to have our own vineyard and winery, where we live and work and produce wines with minimal, if any, additives. The wines are all hand (and foot) made with the aim of best reflecting the Margaret River terroir in the sub-region of Wilyabrup. The vineyard is organic, dry-grown and utilises biodynamic principles.

The Bellvale Winery . Magnum Raffle
Situated in the lush Tarwin River valley of South Gippsland, the terroir at Bellvale is acknowledged as one of Australia’s best Pinot-Noir producing regions and the winery is rated with five red stars by James Halliday producing “the best of the best Australian Pinot Noirs”. Join us for an amazing Australian open-air gourmet experience at the Horizon Deck of the Fairmont Monte Carlo. The seventh floor views over the Mediterranean create an ideal ambience for our next Club Vivanova event in Monaco.

“Between Sea and Sky”, executive chefs and sommeliers will prepare a seven course gourmet dinner and wine degustation including Australian yellowtail hamachi kingfish, wild harvest king prawns from the Spencer Gulf, imported meats and exclusive chocolate delights from BLYSS Pure Virgin.

The menu will be complemented with seven matching premium wines from the Millbrook Winery in the Perth Hills of Western Australia showcasing the Barking Owl brand. Special guests include the Australian Ambassador to France His Excellency Ric Wells and the Agent General for Western Australia, Kevin Skipworth.
