In conjunction with the International Club of the Riviera and the Riviera Business Club, join Club Vivanova and New World wine professional Bradley Mitton in Monte Carlo for a summer grill and networking evening at La Porte de Monaco. Five premium New World wines will be served with a fantastic gourmet grill and buffet.

This informal evening is being sponsored by the Marriott Riviera and will be a great chance to relax with other business people from the region and network to make new friends and build relations. The three clubs concerned have very good connections in the region and we hope this will induce good business and social opportunities for all involved.

Join Maître Sommelier Max Minto, his sommelier Thomas Mourgues and New World wine professional Bradley Mitton in Monaco on Thursday 18th April and taste one of Australia’s most exceptional and distinguished wines, Redbank Sally’s Paddock. A total of four wines from the Redbank winery will be presented at this exclusive event.

Redbank Sally’s Paddock has been an auction staple for nearly twenty years and is highly regarded by collectors and wine enthusiasts. A´Trego Executive Chef Patrice Lafon will present a five-course degustation dinner and we will have the great pleasure to taste four Blind Corner boutique and exclusive wines, hand-produced in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. The wines are being launched in the South of France at this event.

Blind Corner Winery
It has been our long-held dream to have our own vineyard and winery, where we live and work and produce wines with minimal, if any, additives. The wines are all hand (and foot) made with the aim of best reflecting the Margaret River terroir in the sub-region of Wilyabrup. The vineyard is organic, dry-grown and utilises biodynamic principles.

The Bellvale Winery . Magnum Raffle

“Between Sea and Sky”, executive chefs and sommeliers will prepare a seven course gourmet dinner and wine degustation including Australian yellowtail hamachi kingfish, wild harvest king prawns from the Spencer Gulf, imported meats and exclusive chocolate delights from BLYSS Pure Virgin.

The menu will be complemented with seven matching premium wines from the Millbrook Winery in the Perth Hills of Western Australia showcasing the Barking Owl brand. Special guests include the Australian Ambassador to France His Excellency Ric Wells and the Agent General for Western Australia, Kevin Skipworth.
