New World wine expert Bradley Mitton has chosen four premium wines that cocktail-phenomenon Roma Uhlir will blend into speciality cocktails to be served during the evening.

The dinner will begin with an introduction from the Ambassador and a wonderful Champagne-style sparkling wine from New Zealand.

We have exclusively reserved the ballroom for this event and a complementing four-course gourmet dinner will be served with the Sliding Hill wines.

One of Australia’s leading concert pianists Gil Sullivan (www.gilsullivan.com.au) will be hosting a concert in Prague on the 26th November and he has agreed to stay over one more evening and perform at our gala dinner.
