Join us for an amazing Australian open-air gourmet experience at the Horizon Deck of the Fairmont Monte Carlo. The seventh floor views over the Mediterranean create an ideal ambience for our next Club Vivanova event in Monaco.

“Between Sea and Sky”, executive chefs and sommeliers will prepare a seven course gourmet dinner and wine degustation including Australian yellowtail hamachi kingfish, wild harvest king prawns from the Spencer Gulf, imported meats and exclusive chocolate delights from BLYSS Pure Virgin.

The menu will be complemented with seven matching premium wines from the Millbrook Winery in the Perth Hills of Western Australia showcasing the Barking Owl brand. Special guests include the Australian Ambassador to France His Excellency Ric Wells and the Agent General for Western Australia, Kevin Skipworth.

Reservations
Tickets will cost EUR 75 per person. The ticket price is subsidised by the organising partners (valued at EUR 120) and includes all wines, gourmet menu, coffee and water. Please book by replying to booking@vivanova-newsletter.com.

Please note that members and non-members alike may book for our events, which are always well attended; early reservations are highly recommended. Discounted accommodation and ticket packages are available from the hotel.

In celebration of a prosperous 2012, we would like to invite you to join us in the Saphir 24 Lounge and Bar at the Fairmont Monte Carlo for a New Year party with six premium New World wines, degustation dinner and gourmet chocolate experience.

Chef Xavier Adeline will prepare locally inspired Côte d’Azur specialities including selections from ‘Le Banc de L’Ecailler’, ‘La Cuisine de la Riveira et ses Vallees’, ‘Les Tourtes Gourmandes’, ‘Les Pates et Les Rissotos’ and ‘Les Plats Chauds a la Tranche’ – taking you to culinary heaven!

New World wine professional Bradley Mitton will present this exclusive event with pure virgin BLYSS chocolate owner Alyssa McDonald. The event will begin with a kir aperitif to be followed by presentations, wine tasting, chocolate degustation and gourmet dinner.

Special Accommodation Package
A special accommodation rate is being offered by the hotel of 269€ per room night for two (339€ with seaview), both offers include breakfast for two. Event tickets are not included.
