To mark the start of the 2010-2011 Ashes test cricket series between England and Australia as well as celebrating the onset of the Christmas season, the British Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Australia New Zealand Association have joined forces with Club Vivanova to host a four course gourmet wine dinner at the CzecHouse Grill & Rotisserie in the Hilton Hotel Prague.

The menu, skillfully prepared by Chef Miroslav Hanzal, will feature modern twists on classic Christmas flavours, and will be accompanied by three Australian premium wines courtesy of Mitton International Wines, together with a presentation of the wines by English expatriate Australian wine importer Bradley Mitton.

Guests will have an opportunity to learn more about the game of cricket and the Ashes test series thanks to a presentation by the Czech Cricket Union.

Cloud 9 After Dinner Party
The event will be topped off with a wine-based cocktail presentation by the Cloud 9 Sky Bar & Lounge Head Bartender; we are then welcome to head upstairs to the Sky Bar to continue our festivities!
