Join us at the highest hotel bar in Europe for a gourmet celebration of the great boutique wines and cuisine of Victoria in Australia. Guests will be greeted with a wonderful aperitif of Sparkling Shiraz and then guided through a tasting of four excellent wines from the Redbank Winery in the Pyrenees.

Guests will have the opportunity to try the distinguished and exceptional Sally’s Paddock 2006 vintage, never imported before into Poland. At Redbank, from the first plantings to the latest vintage, Sally and Neill Robb have handmade their reputation as one Australia’s finest producers of fine wines.

Executive Chef Gavin Baxter has prepared a regional menu to complement our boutique wines and will also be donating three signed special copies of his recently released cook-book Flavours of the World. New World wine professional Bradley Mitton will guide us through the wine presentation.
