Our annual Magnificent Seven Shiraz event at the Hilton Berlin Hotel was well attended and the evening was a great success. The showcased Shiraz wines were very well received and after a vote at the end of the evening, the Hundred Tree Hill Shiraz 2006 was rated best value for money Shiraz in the selection. Thanks to the Hilton food and beverage team and the excellent staff at the Mark Brandenburg Restaurant!

What a fantastic night at the Buddha Bar in Prague. The meal was excellent value, the ambience and service superb and the wines a great match for the cuisine! We were particularly happy at the positive feedback we received from a number of guests. The restaurant was likewise pleased with the “special” clientele that we always attract to our Club Vivanova events. Our next event is in Prague on Thursday 11th March at the newly opened Celeste Bistro (the old Angel Restaurant) located at V kolkovně 7. Photos are courtesy of www.whitelight.cz.

Over sixty people joined our event at the newly opened Tataki Restaurant in Berlin. The sushi, sashimi and ceviche was exceptionally fresh and complemented the Taylor Ferguson Sparkling Brut very well. Wine flowed throughout the night as did the conversation amongst our guests who were very busy networking. Thanks again to the team at the Tataki, definitely a unique and special place to visit in Berlin! Our next Club Vivanova event in Berlin will be a New Year Party on Thursday 28th January 2010.

A great New Zealand wine event with an excellent gourmet menu and a wonderful piano recital by Gil Sullivan. The Augustine Hotel in Prague is definitely worth a visit. The evening was a great success even though we were competing with U2 and Bono playing at the same time at the Brandenburg Gate. The feedback was excellent; brilliantly made boutique wines from the very special Marlborough region of New Zealand. Club Vivanova is thriving in Prague and our event at the luxurious LS Club was a great success.
