You are invited to an exclusive gourmet grill evening in the private Sundial Garden at one of Prague’s finest five star hotels, the Rocco Forte Augustine with Executive Chef Miroslav Grusz. The Sundial Garden is adjacent to the Augustinian Monastery at the secluded courtyard terrace of the hotel. A special open-air banqueting soiree for fifty people will be prepared, where attendees will be wined and dined by the Executive Chef grilling at our tableside and New World wine professional Bradley Mitton, who will guide attendees through the tasting of four excellent New World wines.

Please note that members and non-members alike may book for our events, which are always well attended; early reservations are highly recommended.

Gourmet grill specialities will include amongst others, Angus Beef Tenderloin, Gourmet Lamb Burgers, Chicken Satays, Marinated Pork Ribs, Homemade Sausages, Pike Perch, Grilled Prawns, Lamb chops, Prague Ham, salads, dips, breads, a dessert selection and of course four excellent wines.

Reservations
Tickets will cost CZK 1100 (EUR 45) per person. The ticket price is subsidised by the organising partners (valued at CZK 1900) and includes all wines, wonderful grill menu, coffee and water. Please book by replying to booking@vivanova-newsletter.com.
