The club has over 1,200 square metres of floor space and is a private executive sporting club, catering to the elite. During our event, you can try their alphasphere (power-napping) and their kinesis fitness system.

    Our annual Magnificent Seven Shiraz event at the Hilton Berlin Hotel was well attended and the evening was a great success. The showcased Shiraz wines were very well received and after a vote at the end of the evening, the Hundred Tree Hill Shiraz 2006 was rated best value for money Shiraz in the selection. Thanks to the Hilton food and beverage team and the excellent staff at the Mark Brandenburg Restaurant!

    Join us in Prague at the newly opened Celeste Bistro on Thursday 11th March for a fantastic Classical French Cuisine dinner with five exceptional and complementing wines from New Zealand and Australia. The event is being organised in conjunction with the Czech Australian New Zealand Association.

    We have exclusively reserved the whole restaurant for this event however seating is limited to thirty for the club so please book early. The Celeste Bistro will bring another fourteen people from their dinner club amounting to forty four attendees in total.

    What a fantastic night at the Buddha Bar in Prague. The meal was excellent value, the ambience and service superb and the wines a great match for the cuisine! We were particularly happy at the positive feedback we received from a number of guests. The restaurant was likewise pleased with the “special” clientele that we always attract to our Club Vivanova events.     Join us in Prague at the Buddha Bar Restaurant on Thursday 11th February for a fantastic Japanese fusion wine dinner with exceptional wines from the Meerea Park winery, one of the Hunter Valley’s most awarded wineries. The event is being organised in conjunction with the Czech Australian New Zealand Association.

    We have exclusively reserved part of the restaurant for this event and a complementing six-course Japanese fusion dinner will be served with five Meerea Park wines.

    Meerea Park Winery
    Meerea Park is owned by Rhys and Garth Eather and fruit for their hancrafted wines is grown on some of the Hunter Valley’s oldest and best vineyard sites. Alexander Munro, their great-great-grandfather was at one stage the largest and most successful winemaker in New South Wales and amassed over 2000 awards at wine shows around the world.

    Join us for a night of celebration at our New Year wine and networking party to be held at the newly opened Leonardo Royal Hotel near Alexanderplatz in Berlin-Mitte. Our special guest of honour will be the newly appointed Australian Ambassador to Germany, His Excellency Peter Tesch.

    Western Australian Wines
    Our wonderful Barking Owl Wines will be served throughout the night to complement a gourmet Australian buffet, which will consist of speciality dishes served from the hotel’s restaurant.  Wines include a selection of five diverse varietals including Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rose, Shiraz Viongnier and Cabernet Merlot.

    Over sixty people joined our event at the newly opened Tataki Restaurant in Berlin. The sushi, sashimi  and ceviche was exceptionally fresh and complemented the Taylor Ferguson Sparkling Brut very well. Wine flowed throughout the night as did the conversation amongst our guests who were very busy networking. Thanks again to the team at the Tataki, definitely a unique and special place to visit in Berlin! Our next Club Vivanova event in Berlin will be a New Year Party on Thursday 28th January 2010.

    Join us for a night of celebration at our Christmas networking party to be held at Tataki – a new, vibrant restaurant and bar in West Berlin. Designed by restaurateur Yossi Eliyahoo, we have booked the venue exclusively. The unique concept-restaurant offers excellent fresh seafood, mouth-watering ceviche and Japanese style tataki.

    Sparkling Wine and Tataki Specialities
    Our wonderful Taylor Ferguson Sparkling Brut will be served throughout the night to complement the cuisine, which will consist of speciality dishes served from the menu of the restaurant. Most of the dishes will be prepared at the front-of-house by the restaurant’s famed Executive Sushi Chef.

    Gourmet menu items will include fresh sushi and sashimi, a variety of unique maki-rolls, gourmet seafood, beef tataki specialities and wonderful fresh South-American ceviche.

    Tataki
    (Japanese: “pounded” or “hit into pieces”), also called tosami, is a manner of preparing fish or meat in Japanese cuisine. The meat or fish is seared very briefly over a hot flame or pan, marinated in vinegar, sliced thinly and seasoned with ginger.
